Chinese New Year 2009

We celebrated the Chinese New Year with the Chinese Association of Southeast Texas just as we have done for several years now. I think my girls love going to the celebration since they are there with their Chinese friends more than the fact that it is a Chinese celebration.

This year was special since they wore silk qi paos and they looked so beautiful in them. Thanks K for letting us borrow the dresses!

The celebration lasted until after 10:30 so we were all exhausted and ready to go home and relax after it was over. But it was fun and a great way for them to celebrate their Chinese heritage.
